Thank you for ordering a custom reliquary ~ Please follow these instructions for sending what you would like contained inside of your reliquary.

1. Prepare your remains for shipping. Please place different forms of remains (example: hair and ash) in separate containers. It is fine to use a small ziplock bag or other small container. Make sure they are well sealed. These may be sent in a box, sturdy envelope, or padded envelope.

2. Send remains to:

3.  Include the address you would like your reliquary returned to if it is different than the return address on your package. All reliquaries are returned via United States Postal Service—Registered/Insured Mail and will need to be signed for when they arrive to you.

4. Please notify Lisa by email at, lhavelin9345@gmail.com when you have sent your package so that she will know when to look for it. You will be notified by email once we have received your package.

Lisa will notify you by email when your reliquary is completed and in the mail to you, this will also include a tracking number. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery from the time Lisa receives your package.

Note: We recommend shipping Registered Mail with the United States Postal Service, this is a very secure way to send remains. Many people also choose to use Fedex.

*IMPORTANT— We handle every order with the greatest respect and care, in 25 years we have never experienced the loss of any remains in the shipping process. However, we highly recommend that you never send all of the remains you possess, instead make sure to keep some of them in your possession for safety in the unlikely event that they should be lost in the shipping process.
